Description

This modern trendy townhouse is fully equipped and ideally suited for both short and long term family stays. It is located on the edge of Australia's Number One resort golf course and situated only 5 minutes drive from miles of unspoilt beaches and close to many great attractions.

Accommodation

The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a comfortable living area, kicthen, laundry and its own private fully paved garden with a large covered patio and gas BBQ.

The shared pool has shaded areas and provides great recreation for children. The house does not over look the pool but is only as few paces from the house.

The home is fully equipped, and maintained to a very high standard. The lounge has 2 leather sofas, TV, DVD, CD and opens on to the balcony. The dinning area opens on to the rear garden where the sound of the water fall and the prawns sizzling on the barbie provides the perfect setting; the kitchen is fully equipped and the washing machine and tumble dryer is located in the laundry.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite, robes and opens on to a balcony; the second bedroom also has a queen bed and robes. The third bedroom has 3 single beds (2 beds are set up as bunks) and is adjacent to the second bathroom. The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 3 children.

There is secure garage parking for 2 cars and the electric garage door is operated by remote control.

Local Attractions

Resort and Restaurants
The Joondalup Resort welcomes visitors to enjoy a choice of meals in the restaurant, the hospitality of the Kangaroo Arms pub where big matches can be viewed on the big screen. Or just enjoy a drink and a light snack around the pool after a great day's golf or a day on the beach.

Within a 5 minutes walk you will find a Chinese restaurant, Thai restaurant, Irish cafe, wood fired pizzas and take away fish and chips

Golf
The golf course boasts 27 challenging golf holes designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr. and golf tuition is provided by David Milne Golf Academy to suit golfers of all levels, a flood lit driving range is available.

Beach
For the beach lovers, Mullaloo Beach is only 5 minutes away and offers miles of un-spoilt beach. The popular Hillarys Marina is only 10 minutes away with many excellent restaurants & cafes; nightclub; tavern; retail shops; kiddies rides; ferries to Rottness Island; sailing and fishing trips; plus the underwater attraction AQWA, where you view marine life at its very best.

Shopping
The local shops are less than 100 metres away with the supermarket open 7 days, 7 to 7, deli plus a chemist, hairdresser, beauty saloon and a bottle shop.

City
Joondalup City is only 5 minutes away and offers a vibrant life style with evening summer markets, and a variety of restaurant, pubs and clubs. Perth City is 25 minutes by car or train from Joondalup station.

Wine Tasting
A drive to the Swan Valley to taste some of West Australia’s best wines will take less than 30 minutes.
