Views & cool ocean breezes...300 degree views from the many decks.....hot tub set into the back deck.

Cosy fireplace for those colder winter nights. Ensuited main bedroom has a private deck for that afternoon glass of wine & snack. For your convenience there is a bathtub in the second bathroom with separate shower area.

Watch dolphins play every day from the back deck & from May till October, view whales on their yearly migration.
All without having to leave the comfort of Sea Dreamin' at Byron.
In fact guests in the main bedroom can view the sunrise every morning if you wish & just by lowering their eyes, see the dolphins & the surfers in the waves. The second bedroom almost as good a view & third bedroom has a hinterland view & a glimpse of ocean.

The majority of guests are just "gob smacked" by the stunning views when they walk through the Sea Dreamin' at Byron home to the back deck. Guests have said...."how do you ever leave this......this is simply postcard material"!

The Hot Tub & other amenities

A western redwood cedar hot tub is situated on the back deck which affords wonderful views to the beach & the surf/water. The back deck also features a top of range BBQ for those outside summer nights....listening to the roar of the surf/waves & a chance to breathe in that beautiful, fresh salt air. A six person table & chairs are provided for our guests enjoyment.

The front deck affords views across the valley to the hinterland.....wonderful winter sunsets as well as another water view which includes Byron Bay's famous diving spot Julian Rocks & The Bay itself. There is a six person table & chairs available on this deck.

For those guests with a romantic nature......Sea Dreamin' at Byron has a cosy, warm & inviting fireplace for those colder winter nights.......with wood supplied. In summer enjoy the cooling ocean breezes.
