Sea Dreamin' at Byron is a three bedroom, two bathroom luxury boutique residence with spectacular ocean, surf & beach views. See the sandy beach from the decks! The google map & streetview feature does not show properly the superior position enjoyed by Sea Dreamin' at Byron.
Views & cool ocean breezes...300 degree views from the three decks.....hot tub set into the back deck.

Cosy fireplace for those colder winter nights. Ensuited main bedroom has a private deck for that afternoon glass of wine & snack. For your convenience there is a bathtub in the second bathroom with separate shower area.

Watch dolphins play every day from the back deck & from May till October, view whales on their yearly migration.
All without having to leave the comfort of Sea Dreamin' at Byron.
In fact guests in the main bedroom can view the sunrise every morning if you wish & just by lowering their eyes, see the dolphins & the surfers in the waves. The second bedroom almost as good a view & third bedroom has a hinterland view & a glimpse of ocean.

The majority of guests are just "gob smacked" by the stunning views when they walk through the Sea Dreamin' at Byron home to the back deck. Guests have said...."how do you ever leave this......this is simply postcard material"!

A western redwood cedar hot tub is situated on the back deck which affords wonderful views to the beach & the surf/water. The back deck also features a BBQ for those outside summer nights....listening to the roar of the surf/waves & a chance to breathe in that beautiful, fresh salt air. A six person table chairs & two sunloungers are provided for our guests comfort.

The front deck affords views across the valley to the hinterland.....wonderful sunsets as well as another water view which includes Byron Bay's famous diving spot Julian Rocks & The Bay itself. There is a six person table & chairs available on this deck.

For those guests with a romantic nature......Sea Dreamin' at Byron has a cosy, warm & inviting fireplace for those colder winter nights.......with wood supplied. In summer enjoy the cooling ocean breezes.

"Sea Dreamin' at Byron is the ultimate beach house, we were all in awe of the originality and beauty of everything about it. None of us wanted to leave, one of the couples who stayed with us are already talking about booking it again. The views are amazing, the hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean just breathtaking and the homely feel of this gorgeous, heritage cottage is awesome. It's classic and funky all at the same time, it's also very central to everything. No matter what age you are I guarantee you will love it.I will definitely recommend it to friends and family and hope to return in the future."

"Beautiful blend of homely warmth, modern kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, flat screen tv etc. The high location with the home opening on to two decks gave us spectacular ocean views over the national park and gave us lovely sea breezes and the only sounds we heard at night and in the morning was the ocean. I highly recommend for a family holiday although you would probably need to drive to the beach rather than walk."

"Absolutely awesome... everything about Sea Dreamin' was perfect. The cottage itself was gorgeous with the most amazing country/beach house atmosphere, amazing views of both the ocean and the hinterland from just about anywhere in the house and the facilities were of an excellent standard. The position of Sea Dreamin' is also great as it is walking distance to Byron Bay town and the beach. My friends and I highly recommend Sea Dreamin' to anyone, this one is definitely hard to go past!"

"This was a gorgeous house to stay in - beautifully fitted out and the views from the veranda were superb. The main bedroom was very special. The walk through the national park to the beach keeps you fit! I recommend it, but you need to drive to go into town."
