Sea Dreamin' at Byron is a three bedroom, two bathroom luxury boutique residence with spectacular ocean, surf & beach views. See the sandy beach from the decks! The google map & streetview feature does not show properly the superior position enjoyed by Sea Dreamin' at Byron.
Views & cool ocean breezes...220 degree views from the five decks.
Cosy & romantic wood burning fireplace for those colder winter nights. Ensuited main bedroom has a private deck with ocean & surf views for that afternoon glass of wine, cheese & crackers. For your convenience there is a bathtub in the second bathroom with separate shower area. In the lounge there is a new 52" Sharp Aquos HD TV with DVD player & in the main bedroom a new 32" Sharp Aquos TV for our guests enjoyment. Fully maintained kitchen with new Italian gas cooker with electric oven, m/w, d/w & a brand new icemaker/cold water refrigerator. Also for our guests enjoyment,
Debra & I have just installed a compact micro audio system with ipod dock,CD player, digital & analogue radio and one may play from their MP3 player &
also charge an iPhone.
As of 1st March 2011, internet/wi-fi access & local phone will be available for guests who need to stay in touch while gazing at the beautiful Pacific Ocean
from any of the five decks at Sea Dreamin' at Byron.
Watch dolphins play every day from the back deck & from May till October
view the humpback whales on their yearly migration.
All this without having to leave the comfort of Sea Dreamin' at Byron.
In fact guests in the main bedroom can view the sunrise every morning if you wish & just by lowering one's eyes see the dolphins & the surfers in the
waves. The second bedroom almost as good a view as the main bedroom &
the third bedroom has a hinterland view & a glimpse of ocean.

The majority of guests are just "gob smacked" by the stunning views when they walk through the Sea Dreamin' at Byron home to the back deck. Guests have said...."how do you ever leave this......this is simply postcard material"!
Sundeck off the main back deck with sunloungers & fabulous white water views......feels like you are in the trees! Views to Broken Head and beyond from the three back decks make it easy for guests to seek a spot to relax or read a book in private and drift away.
Another new sundeck has just been completed on the street side of Sea Dreamin' at Byron to further enhance the enjoyment for our guests. This deck was designed & built for those guests who wish to soak up a few late afternoon sunrays while sipping on a cool beverage. This sundeck offers hinterland views & a view beyond Arakwal National Park, over The Bay to stunning Julian Rocks which is the famous dive site in Byron Bay.
The main back deck features a BBQ for those outside summer nights....listening to the roar of the surf/waves & a chance to breathe in that beautiful, fresh salt air. A six person table & chairs is provided as well as a three directors chairs and small table for the children or for that quiet afternoon cup of tea/coffee. The newly built lower back sundeck with delightful surf views has two sunloungers provided for our guests comfort.
The front deck affords views across the valley to the hinterland.....wonderful sunsets as well as another water view which includes Byron Bay's famous diving spot Julian Rocks & The Bay itself. There is a six person table & chairs available on this deck also. As previously mentioned there is now another open air sundeck complete with sunloungers just to the right of the main covered deck.
For those guests with a romantic nature, Sea Dreamin' at Byron has a cosy, warm & inviting fireplace for those colder winter nights with wood supplied. In summer enjoy the cooling ocean breezes on the many decks (5) at Sea Dreamin' at Byron gazing out at the Pacific Ocean or up at the Milky Way and the millions of stars.
