The duplex is fully self contained in a quite area although it is only short walk to restaurants, bakery, clubs, shops and the beautiful Tathra beach. In a peaceful location perfect for sitting on the wrap around veranda in the sun and staring at ocean or reading a book.

Walk out the back door to a scenic bush walk with bell birds and flora and fauna. Then out the front door and take a short stroll to beautiful Tathra beach with is renowned surf club.

Tathra is a lovely seaside village with great places to eat, supermarket, post office, bakery, chemist, take away shops,fishing supplies, bike and boat hire, clubs, pub, butchers, newsagent and everything you would need for a great holiday. Many stunning private beaches in the bush settings just a very short drive away, just relax on the far south coast. Also beautiful cosmopolitan Merimbula and Bermagui a renown fishing village.
