Guest Reviews

  • "Our stay was a lovely experience. I was first taken by the great web site. It was nice to be the only guests staying. The breakfast was delicious and all the little "finishing touches" did not go amiss-for example all the little snacks and treats."
    Janine, September 2006

  • "WOW...what a place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cottage and have bragged to all of our friends Victoria's best kept secret. Pampering and relaxing is what we wanted and did we get it...Kay's cooking is amazing as was the cottage itself especially the sensationally comfortable bed..."
    Kylie, September 2006

  • "A great place for a short escape from the "real world" and a great base to explore the wider peninsula. The hospitality shown by both Kay & Rick was fantastic and the breakfasts were hot, tasty and delivered at whatever time we requested. The chooks & alpacas were an added extra which added to the experience."
    Christine & Ross, September 2006

  • "Olivers Creek was a beautiful place to stay that included beautiful, peaceful surroundings, devine breakfasts and the absolutley delightful Alpaca's, which add to the overall realxing stay. See you again very soon! Sara"

  • "As a seasoned traveller I am exceptionally fussy then it comes to hotels but I must say that Kay and Rick at Olivers Creek Retreat catered for a perfect vacation. Not only was the setting exquisite and the solitude delightful, but Kay and Ricks hospitality was outstanding. Nothing semed to be a problem (even asking for breakfast to be served at 6.30am). By the end of my 7 day stay I felt like I'd not only enjoyed a wonderful vacation but also made seven more friends (The Smiths and the 5 alpacas)"
    Michelle, September 2006
