There are 2 zones, perfect families or couples. The king size bedrooms are towards the front of the house and the remaining 3 bedrooms and retreat are at the back, serviced by a large bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

There are 4 living rooms boasting an impressive home theater room with a 2 meter screen and a quality 5 point surround sound system with FOXTEL sports and movie packages, a large family room with plasma TV, the retreat, and a covered alfresco area for outdoor entertaining all year around. There is also a double, remote control lock up garage plus a full size table tennis table!

The hostess kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a 900mm cooktop and stove, caesar stone benchtops, dishwaser and a large island bench with 4 bar stools perfect for entertaining. The dining area adjoins timber bi-fold doors that open to the alfresco area. There is a huge 120 meter decking that sweeps around the property to the landscaped back yard. All living areas have a northerly aspect and are flooded with natural light throughout the day. The laundry has a brand new washer and dryer.

  • "Thank you so much for providing such a serene and stylish home. We had a terrific time at Luxe: the facilities were not only plentiful (brilliantly-equipped kitchen, pantry & laundry plus games, dvds and magazines) but also sumptuous (special commendation regarding the very comfortable linens and towels - it's so nice to stay in a place that not only looks good but feels good, too!) The proximity to beach, shops, restaurants is perfect and while the weather most certainly wasn't, the expansive living area, the theatre room and the ping pong table in the garage ensured there was plenty of room for five kids and seven adults to amuse themselves without feeling like sardines in a tin. And thanks to the theatre room, we got to watch the footy on what we think must be the biggest screen in Blairgowrie - although the kids took a while to get over the shock of seeing the cast of Sesame Street that big... "

  • "On behalf of the families that stayed at the Luxe we would like to extend our thanks to the owners for their amazing property. We found the Luxe house to be more than accommodating for the four families that stayed there. The standouts were the high quality home theatre, quality and size of the beds (no bunks!!) and the design and space of the house. Then there were all the extras we were pleasantly surprised to find. A table tennis table, condiments to use, high quality kitchen and household appliances and a selection of dvd���s and games. They really did think of everything and I would highly recommend the Luxe property. Next time I visit Sorrento I would definitely stay there again. "
