Bilinga House Sorrento is the latest addition to the succcessful Bilinga Cottages Sorrento. A fully self contained light and airy 3 queen size bedroom house - 2 with ensuites in main house and the third as self contained attached apartment. Perfectly set up for a grown up getaway or there is also a bunk / rumpus room for the kids. The house is complete with Gas log fire , reverse cycle air conditioning, electric blankets and woollen doonas to ensure a snug winter break. There is a queen bed in each ensuite bedroom and and two king single built-in bunk beds in the rumpus room. In summer, the air conditioning and ceiling fans combine with crisp fresh sheets and cool cotton blankets to ensure a comfortable nights rest. The kitchen is fully set up and includes d/w, fridge/freezer, microwave, rc air conditioning, and double oven and dining table for 8, the spacious deck complete with barbeque has outdoor setting for 6 for those balmy summer nights.

There third bedroom is the attached studio apartment with private entrance and patio area for couples only. In the studio there is a Queen size bed and lounge area, surround sound system, ensuite with shower designed to share and kitchenette complete with coffee machine and microwave.

The master bedroom is complete with queen size Sealy posturerpedic, spacious ensuite with double shower, and walk in robe. It also has it's own sitting area with recliner chairs and television, reverse cycle aircon, ceileing fan and panel heater.
The second bedroom also has a Sealy postuerpedic and has it's own ensuite with double shower and large wardrobe space.
The third bedroom is the Studio ; The studio is a private, attached suite containing luxurious queen-sized bed and comfortable lounge area, en-suite with shower designed for two, kitchenette and patio area. Complete with surround sound DVD system and quality appointments the Bilinga Studio Sorrento is compact but comfortable attached accommodation that has off street parking and a private entrance.A screened patio is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee listening to the local birds. There is an electric panel heating with timer to remove the winter chills while you sit on the lounge and read one of the many books supplied or watch a dvd on the home theatre system from the comfort of the lounge or decadently from bed.

The ensuite bathroom has a shower designed to share, complete with bath sheets and robes and is decorated with hand made South American tiles.

The kitchenette contains a microwave oven, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities.
The bunk / rumpus room has two king size built in sofa beds and their own tv.

Book the house for 8 and be totally self contained for a grown up escape or for family funtcions include the cottages at Bilinga Sorrento - Sleeping 16 in total in separate accommodation but on the same property.

Bilinga Cottages and Bilinga House Sorrento have a variety of rental options that inlcude linen and breakfast starter packs. Accommodating up to 16 it is perfect for family groups for weddings and get togethers where everyone has there own space.All you will need is your beach towels and a good bottle of wine or two for the perfect holiday.
