Glenelg Holiday Accommodation is located right in the HEART of Glenelg in SUSSEX Street, all Updated with new kitchen, new bathroom and polished baltic pine floor boards.
Conveniently located 10 minutes from the Adelaide Airport, only a 12/15 minute drive to Adelaide City Centre or alternatively a pleasant 30 minute historic Tram ride to the CBD.
Glenelg Beach is only a short 120 metres away and 120 metres to the Alfresco Dining, Shopping and Entertainment of Jetty Road. Or take a relaxing 35 minute drive to the Southern Wineries for a tasting.
The Beach House entertainment for the children is only 100 or so metres away next to the Beach.
The Buffalo and the marina and the popular reserve with the childrens play equipment is very close too at about 100 or so metres away.
Jetty Road shops and the like are on your doorstep. A perfect location, close to all but in the residential part of Glenelg.
YOU WILL LOVE IT. Close to anything that is worth while.
Cottage Two is ideal for a family, with 2 bedrooms and a double fold out sofa bed in the lounge.
Spacious lounge/dining with polished baltic timber floor boards. Large comfortable couches and TV with DVD player. The lounge also has remote controlled heating and cooling split system airconditioner.
The bathroom, with seperate toilet, has large shower and pedestal basin, the washing machine is also located in the bathroom. There is a dryer in the outside shared laundry.
The kitchen is self contained with plenty of room for storage and preparation of meals. There is an upright Gas stove for cooking a meal or two if you are really keen.
The master bedroom boasts a Queen sized bed with quality comfortable matress, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, a tallboy for your clothes as well as hanging racks with shetlves for more clothes.
The main bedroom has the entrance for the second bedroom which features a single bed and a hanging rack with shelves for clothing. (option to include a fold out bed)
There is also a shared Paved courtyard where you can relax on the outdoor setting and mingle with other guests.
All linen and fluffy white towels supplied.
NIGHTLY AND WEEKLY RATES
FROM $108 per night for longer stays up to $185 per night for a 3 night stay for 5 people.
The longer the stay the cheaper the rate unless you fit in well between bookings for a super dooper rate.
