number109 has been designed to accomodate larger groups while still being welcoming and comfortable for smaller groups. With 5 bedrooms, a large lounge, separate dining and three covered decks, number109 is ideal for mature groups of 8-10 adults and for family parties with up to 13 people in total!
number109 is pet and child friendly (fully fenced). The block (almost 1000sqm) is one of the largest in the area.

number109 was extensively modernised in late 2010, and has been happily meeting the needs of holiday makers ever since. A number of smaller rooms were combined to create a huge open plan space running front to back, with very spacious living, kitchen and dining areas.
A beautiful 40sqm L-shaped deck connects to the lounge room, bringing light and cool breezes into the house. A separate cooking hut sits nearby with a great stainless steel 5 burner BBQ and prep bench.
The house boasts 5 very spacious bedrooms, three at the front with polished floors and two more overlooking the garden. This enables excellent separation of adults and children if desired!
The two bathrooms are brand new, both with showers. The large master bathroom boasts a lovely antique claw foot bath while the smaller bathroom has a shower to die for! There is also an outdoor shower to hose off under when returning from the beach.
Although the beach and local playground are only a few minutes walk, for those stay-at-home days, we have recently added a fantastic kids cubby house, sandpit and play area at the foot of the garden.

SPECIALS - Fantastic value for extended or midweek stays!
We have introduced two new specials for 2013 which we expect to be very popular:
1. Stay for the weekend and enjoy one extra night for only $100! It doesn't matter whether the extra night is Thursday or Sunday (subject to availability of course). This is a fantastic way to get some real value into a three day break and think of the other advantages:
a.You'll get to travel home free of the usual weekend traffic
b. There's every likelihood that we can offer late check outs and/or early check ins too, to extend your stay even longer
c. You'll go home at least 50% more relaxed thanks to the extra day away!
Please note the above offer does not apply during peak season because the minimum stay during summer is four nights
2. Lower pricing for Monday-Friday stays (non-peak)
We've lowered our Mon-Fri pricing virtually all year by $50 per night, which provides fantastic value for midweek stays if you can sneak away. This includes all midweek public holidays because unlike most other properties, we don't cynically jack up our prices for Easter, Anzac Day and other public holidays! The added bonus is that, although weekend rates have risen slightly this year, the lower weekday prices means that a 7 night stay is actually about 10% cheaper than last year!
Our commitment to our guests
You'll see from our feedback that our guests already love the space and facilities provided at number109. However, we continue to seek improvement in the house and the guest experience wherever we can find it. To ensure this continued improvement we have a clear policy of reinvesting 20% of our gross rental income back into the house to raise the quality still higher.
We also recognise the continuing importance of making number109 a home which is sensitive to the environment and which manages its power usage and its waste as carefully as possible.
In 2012, we upgraded furniture and installed the fantastic cubby house and play equipment
In 2013, we will add a Eco-fireplace to make the house lovely and cosy in winter (Christmas in July anyone?) and will install sufficient solar panels to (hopefully) make the house completely self sustaining in its electricty use.
We regard our reinvestment policy as a win-win opportunity for our guests. You'll love the house if you visit now, but you'll like it even more every time you come!

April 18 - 30 2014: We will not be increasing our rates during the Easter and Anzac Day holiday period in 2014 (we'll leave that behaviour to others....) however minimum booking period increases to 4 nights.
