Sleeps 2 couples with one QUEEN Size bed in the main bedroom and Double bed in the 2nd bedroom
plus a folding bed.SUITS 2 couples or couple with 2 children
BARBEQUE= 3 minutes walk to Niel Carrol Rotary Park and Fly point park with a barbeque area with tables,shades and pews,just next to the beach, and playground for the kids to play
LINEN CAN BE provided if you don't want to bring your own.
$27.00 per couple /week for linen cost for double and $30.00 for Queen.

A DEPOSIT OF 50% of the full tariff is required to confirm a
booking. Final payment on the day before arrival. This can be paid by visa/mastercard , money order or bankcheque only.
If you are to arrive before 3 pm please notify the managing agent for the arrangement of the collection of the keys. , full payment is required prior to collection of keys. There is a security fee of $20..00 if you require the agent to give you the keys after hours.

Complimentary packs for 4 days to weekly booking- includes TEA, COFFEE, LONG LIFE MILK SUGAR, SALT & PEPPER, GUEST SOAP, TOILET ROLL, ETC.

Full refund of deposit within 30 days of cancellation however there is a cancellation fee of $55.00
during Christmas holidays and Easter we require 10 weeks noticed or alternatively rebook for another dates.
