The open planned kitchen and living area finished in china white contrasts with original polished timber floors and leads to an adjoining dining area perfect for entertaining with double french doors opening out onto a north facing sunny deck. Three bedrooms with a leading hallway flank the east side of the deck while a fourth master bedroom with ensuite is situated at the front of the house. For those with young children the third large bedroom (at the end of the house) can easily be converted to a kids zone. A central bathroom and laundry allows children and guests their own space.

The house is positioned on a large private block in Noble Street which is located in the 'old' township area of Barwon Heads. This quiet and private street offers families a comfortable and safe environment yet is walking distance to the shopping area,river and beach, bike tracks, tennis courts and close to both golf courses.

CHILD & PET FRIENDLY

The house is ideally suited to children, a long hallway with children's bedrooms at the end of the house inclusive of TV games room. The parents can close the area off for greater privacy if entertaining. The outdoor decking with BBQ overlooks an established fully enclosed garden area well suited to pets that are asked to stay outside during their stay.
