Escape the grind and enjoy the absolute beach front of this fabulous property. Once inside the front door your are consumed by the unrestricted ocean front views through the open plan living with comfortable lounge area and large dining table - all the usual mod cons, I-pod dock, LCD TV, DVD etc - but once inside you can truly appreciate the magnitude of the position of this property. Off the living area there are bi-folding doors out to a covered entertaining area, with BBQ, a quick walk along the path through the garden and you are on the beach.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, there is a downstairs powder room and internal access from the automatic garage.
Upstairs is four bedrooms, 2 x king beds (1 with ocean view and ensuite with spa), 2 x king single beds & 4 x bunk beds, all rooms have fans and the fabulous sea breeze. There are 3.5 x modern bathrooms and 3 x balconies, allowing peace, quiet and space for everyone.

Linen Fee $130/ per weeks stay
Additional cleaning required for bookings over 1 week

Cancellation Policy.
Cancelled bookings incur a 50% reduction in refund of Deposit if less than 30 days notice and 85% reduction of refund deposit less than 2 weeks as new bookings are rarely made on taken dates at that late stage and to hold dates seriously disadvantages all involved. There are no refunds once past arrival date. Arrival dates are defined as the date of entry to the property .The deposit is defined as the monies sent and securing the booking for the requested accommodation period. No "Schoolies " bookings thank you. Also i have the right to refuse and cancel any booking as i may consider it not in the best interests of my property or warrants cancellation as i see fit.
