NEPTUNE is situated on the beachfront in the heart of Port Elliot. You can take a 2 minute stroll to the restaurants, coffee shops, cockle train and all of the attractions that the historic town has to offer.
At NEPTUNE enjoy the SPECTACULAR cliff top OCEAN VIEW to Granite Island from the lounge, your balcony and the master bedroom or cross the road for DIRECT BEACH ACCESS.
NEPTUNE has a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with modern appliances and MIELE DISHWASHER.

There is R/C AIRCONDITIONING upstairs, eco friendly heatbank heating downstairs and whisper quiet ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
NEPTUNE features gorgeous leather lounge furniture, a PLASMA TV, Video/DVD player and an extensive Video Library.
NEPTUNE has TWO BEDROOMS downstairs (one with a queen sized bed and the other with two single beds-NO BUNKS).
TWO COUPLES in your group? No problem as we can convert the two single beds into a luxurious king sized bed, giving you one queen and one king bedroom. A small charge applies for this service.
LARGER GROUPS can be accommodated by also renting MERIDIAN right next door giving you 4 bedrooms for up to 9 guests, perfect for family get a ways and reunions or wedding groups.
All linen is supplied including quilt covers, starched sheets and pillowcases, mattress and pillow protectors (changed at every booking) fluffy king sized towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers and also tea towels for the kitchen.
NEPTUNE also has laundry facilities and UNDERCOVER PARKING.

ENCOUNTER HOLIDAY RENTALS was established by Philip and Wendy in the year 2000 and WE OWN and OPERATE the small group of homes we offer to the discerning guest.
Our houses are PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED by our staff on your departure, ensuring you spotless presentation and a relaxing holiday.
We are TOURISM AUSTRALIA ACCREDITED, guaranteeing the standard of QUALITY, COMFORT and CLEANLINESS of our homes.
All professionally laundered bedroom, bathroom and kitchen LINEN is supplied for each booking. This includes quilt covers, strached sheets and pillowcases, fluffy king sized bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. All of our beds have quality dunas/duvets/quilts.
Location : NEPTUNE is situated in the heart of Port Elliot just one hours drive from Adelaide GPO.
NEPTUNE overlooks the rocks at Knights Beach and has an fabulous sea view to Granite Island.
HORSESHOE BAY, the Flying Fish Restaurant, Cockle Train and the historic main street are just a 2 minute stroll away. Leave the car behind and explore!

PRICING
Includes professionally prepared linen and towels and servicing on departure. We do guarantee that our Encounter Holiday Rental homes that we own and operate will be spotless on arrival. We are Tourism Australia and TQUAL accredited.
MINIMUM STAY
Most of the year 2 nights $430.00.
LONG WEEKENDS 3 nights.
Easter 4 nights.
Summer School Holidays 7 nights.
Conversion of the twin beds into a king sized bed is $25.00 a once off charge per booking.

SPECIALS
Start from the ROMANTIC GET A WAY package for 2 nights - 2 guests, includes linen and towels and servicing on departure.
A child under 2 using a port a cot in your room stays free of charge. If you require more than one bedroom for your romantic stay an additional charge applies. Romantic specials are usually available from April to September and are subject to seasonal availability.
SECURITY BOND
A bond of $300.00 is required before arrival. In most cases this can be arranged by credit card by completing a form. If you prefer, the bond can be paid by cheque, money order or bank transfer and the funds are refunded to you after your stay.
PETS
Our pet friendly homes are Meridian, Beachcomber, Tradewinds and Nautilus.
SCHOOLIES WEEK
Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer accommodation to students during schoolies week in November.
