There are tiled floors throughout the living areas and a large comfortable lounge for you to relax on when you need to rest after surfing! or spending time on the beach. A plasma TV and a DVD player are there for your media pleasure. Foxtel is installed.
The bi-fold windows that extend across the front of the apartment open up on to a balcony giving bright natural light into the apartment, there is comfortable seating and a table for your late night glass of wine in the evening air.
Plus there is a small built-in study area (easy to keep your computer out of sight).

A glass dining table and chairs to seat 4 mean that you can dine in with friends. But keep in mind that there are many excellent restaurants on your door step for you to try.

A galley kitchen with a granite work-top has ample cupboards and storage space, There is a gas cook top and an electric oven. A microwave, dishwasher and all the top quality kitchen aids and equipment that you would require. Cookware and crockery for the table is provided.

The bedroom is carpeted and stylish with a queen sized bed a built-in wardrobe with hanging space and storage for your clothes. Bedside tables and lamps for your late night reading. All bed linen and towels are provided. For your stay

A spacious modern bathroom with a large shower makes it easy and fun to wash off the sand. There is also a built-in laundry with a washer, drier and laundry tub. This apartment has everything you need.

If you have a car there is an extra charge to use a secure car park on site. There is a bus stop close by and regular buses into Sydney City, Bondi Junction and all other areas.

Being so close to the beach it is ideal for surfers and swimmers and for those who enjoy skate boarding or trick cycling; there is a skate board park right on the beach front.
It's great entertainment just to watch these fit young people showing terrific skills on skate boards and cycles.

Rental charges start at the advertised price depending on season and duration of stay. The low pricing applies during the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period.

Bond and Departure Clean - A bond of $1500 is required; this is refunded at the end of the stay subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
There is a charge for a professional departure clean which is done at the end of each booking.
A 3G modem can be supplied for internet connection at an extra charge of $120 for the first month and $75 each for subsequent month.

A bus ride to Sydney CBD would be about 20 minutes and if you wanted to explore around the Circular Quay you would be entertained by the many buskers and artists who are always there giving a show. There are many restaurants to tempt you to eat there.
The Rocks area is close enough for you to spend a day in this interesting and diverse array of shops.

While in Bondi Beach pay a visit to Coogee, and try Bronte beach, walk the famous Bondi to Bronte walk, a stretch of coastline known as one of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities.
This is sheer beauty and is a must for surfers
Take a Sydney Harbour cruise from Circular Quay and enjoy the huge variety of Sydney Harbour-side restaurants.
Darling Harbour has fun and entertainment for all including the aquarium and the IMAX theatre, Watsons Bay and Woolloomooloo for restaurants on the waters edge.

Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Paddington are home to many of the finest restaurants in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
Shop till you drop in the heart of Sydney and at Bondi Junction, the biggest shopping mall in the Southern Hemisphere only 10 mins drive or easily reached by public transport; the rail link going directly into the shopping centre.

Visit Royal Randwick to indulge in the racing experience, watch the action at Sydney Cricket Ground and Moore Park or enjoy the Waverley golf course for some pleasure and frustration
