Campbell Point House is packed with all the modern features you would expect from a house of this calibre. The accommodation alone provides 150 squares of luxurious living space. It includes 5 huge bedrooms, all with ensuites and lounge areas, plus an extra smaller room . Each bedroom has a queen sized bed (with a king in the main bedroom). To accommodate extra guests or children, rollaway beds can be provided for an additional small fee.

The house also provides a casual open plan kitchen and lounge room with a conservatory, a den, billiards room, bar, formal lounge and dining and laundry.

The kitchen includes marble benchtops, a huge walk in pantry and powder room, double freestanding oven, 2 integrated dishwashers, and seperate integrated fridge and freezer.

In addition to the main residence is a fully equipped pool house perfect for entertianing including an infinity pool, sauna and gas open fire. Further features include; cottage, N/S mod-grass tennis court, boat shed, jetty and commercial grade heli pad

Guests are welcome to use the heli pad by arrangement and we also have a helicopter charter service available. The helicopter flight to Melbourne is approx 15 minutes.
