If so, Serenity Torquay will tick all the boxes. This brand new, architect designed home offers three storeys of holiday heaven for discerning couples or families.
Serenity Torquay is located opposite the new Crowne Plaza Resort and a short walk to the heart of "Old Torquay" with its shops and cafes.
Beautifully furnished and with quality fittings throughout, it has four bedrooms sleeping up to 12 people or if you would like something a little more intimate a lockout door is incorporated into the clever design to reduce this four bedroom 4 bathroom townhouse down to a cosy 2 bedrooms.
Ocean views and a prime position in old Torquay opposite a fantastic family-friendly beach are just two highlights of this magnificent property.

Bedding Configuration

Ground floor: Main bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite. Second bedroom with bunks a single bed and a trundle (sleeping four) and a full bathroom. (These bedrooms and bathrooms can be closed off with lockout door if one family staying.)
First floor: Main bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite. Second bedroom with two king singles that can be zipped together to make another queen bed.
Two rollaway beds and a portacot are also available.

Outdoor Living

The ground floor outdoor living area is sure to be a hit with its luxurious 8 person spa and entertaining deck wired to allow holidaymakers to relax outdoors while listening to the TV, radio, iPod or DVD.
Sweeping Ocean views are available from the first floor BBQ deck, complete with table for 10 and stylish outdoor furniture.
