Hummingbird House is centrally located between town and the beaches of Prevelly. It is set high on the hill overlooking the Margaret River valley on 6.5 acres within 200m of the waterfalls and enjoys panaramic views. The rammed earth chalet has 1 king size bedroom and a spacious loft with 2 queen size beds. The bathroom has underfloor heating, washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher while the living area has satellite TV and wood stove. A quiet and romantic property to escape to with privacy from neighbours. Enjoy a BBQ and a glass of local wine on the balcony.

Hummingbird house is located on one of the best streets in Margaret River - it had beautiful scenic views from all parts of the house and great facilities. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Margaret River. :)

Lovely views, lovely walks, so peaceful. Really enjoyed all the kangaroos roaming about!!. Very well located near Margaret River. Would stay here over and over again!!

Absolutely stunning location amongst the rolling hills and so close to the gorgeous waterfalls. Amazingly spacious gardens which local kangaroos boing through regularly :) (great treat for the children!) The house was stunning with wonderful decor and just so homely and relaxed :) everything was catered for...the fire was a huge hit as was the dishwasher and all the mod cons whilst still retaining a feeling of being away from it all :) The owner was friendly, helpful and I cant recommend this property highly enough :) A true gem :)
