This is truly a magnificently presented holiday home. Everything you need is catered for and with the beach literally 150 metres from your back door, your beach side escape will be both relaxing and memorable.
Everything is top quality with space and comfort the key elements to this home away from home. The open plan design and high ceilings capture the essence of living near the beach, whilst enjoying the privacy of having natural bushland as your backdrop.
The stunning back deck overlooks trees and natural vegetation and you can literally reach out and touch the greenery as you listen to the sound of the waves lapping the shoreline.
Two separate living areas allow for guests to find their own private space and you can challenge each other to a game of table tennis in the games room downstairs. There is also a study for those of you who simply can't tear themselves away from work completely!
The gourmet kitchen is amazing and boasts a gas cooktop and loads of bench space. It overlooks the meals and living area, both of which flow out onto the back deck via huge sliding doors.
The lock up garage is enormous and easily big enough to house a boat.
Master bedroom features a walk in robe and huge ensuite whilst the main bathroom boasts a bath tub and separate toilet. There is also a powder room providing a third toilet.
This house is strictly NO SMOKING.
