Tastefully furnished with open plan Lounge/Kitchen, split system A/C/Heating,also ceiling fan, 2 large sofas, wall mounted 32" LCD TV with built in DVD player, plus 2 good sized bedrooms both with very comfortable Queen Sized beds and ceiling fans.

1st bedroom also has wall mounted 32" LCD TV with built in DVD player, off lounge is a spacious outdoor decked area, 4 Burner Gas BBQ, table with 4 chairs, umbrella if required.

Off kitchen is another spacious outdoor decked area, table with 4 chairs, 4 person heated outdoor spa, romantic LED lighting and lounge furniture if required.

Outdoor shower available at the front of property, behind letter boxes for showering after visiting the beach.

Modern kitchen has S/S steel appliances, dishwasher, 4pce dining table. Laundry with washing machine & outdoor clothes line. Bathroom with shower and seperate toilet.

Bedroom 1 - QS bed, built in robes, 32" LCD TV/DVD player.
Bedroom 2 - QS bed, built in robes.

Off street park - for one car only.
BYO - Doona & cover, Towels.
Provided - Fitted sheets, pillows, pillow covers & bathrobes.

We can supply Doonas and covers for an extra $30 per stay.

Payments can be made via Stayz or pay directly via funds transfer or credit card, contact me for payment details.

We charge a $500.00 (Refundable) Bond for 2-5 night bookings, $1000 (Refundable) Bond for 6 or 7 night bookings.
