Large 22 square home one street from the beach in a quiet family friendly street.Fully fenced backyard for the pets and they are certainly welcome to stay here.This is a fantastically sunny ,clean and comfortable holiday home with 4 bedrooms and easily sleeps 10.It features all new appliances , beds and furniture including a sofa bed if required.It has a cieling fans,TV-in both living areas 80cm screen,video,DVD,microwave gas BBQ.On those really hot days you can relax in the airconditoned comfort of the house.The split system units also provides heating in winter .It has a lovely deck, where you can relax on the outdoor setting and enjoy the ocean views.Or you can sit downstairs in the paved entertaining area under shadesails for shelter.It is a 3 minute stroll to the lovely north facing ventnor bay beach ,which is safe for young children..Carport for two cars.Very close to the Penguine Parade and the Nobbies.The GP circuit is also nearby.

extra people. One thing was check out was abit too early...
The view was great and sitting on the balcony was very relaxing. Having the beach down the road for the kids and the dogs was great.
Of course the back yard and fencing for the dogs was excellent.
Overall there is nothing I can be negitive about. Well done Bromley Cottage!
Bromley Cottage set in the peaceful - Ventnor.
A large house with plenty of rooms / space "inside and out" we were always able to find a quite spot to either read, sleep or unwind.
Our holiday here was a success.
