Description

University Lodge is a stylish and modern two bedroom apartment, close by the University of Sydney. Please note the unit is fully self contained but not serviced. One bedroom offers a kingsize bed or twin configuration; the other a double bed. There is a very comfortable queensize sofabed in the open plan sitting room. T.V., DVD., and a CD player are provided for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, full cooker, microwave and all appliances. There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry plus ironing equipment.
Bath, w.c. and separate shower in the modern tiled bathroom and secure parking is available in the basement.
Enjoy outdoor dining on the very pleasant balcony, overlooking trees and gardens. Secure car parking available in the basement garage. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT.
