"Lakeside Cottage" is designed to enjoy and appreciate the good life of living right on the waters edge at Burrill Lake. Relax on the large north facing deck and watch or capture on your camera the abundant birdlife sailing past. Bring your boat or kayak and fishing tackle and throw a line in right at your doorstep.
The home is airconditioned and has 2 living areas - one for reading and relaxing on the day lounge, the other has a large HD Digital TV, DVD and stereo for entertainment.
Bedrooms are well catered for with 2 queensize beds and 1 double bed and an additional 2 single beds are available. Linen and bedding are all provided. 2 bedrooms come equipped with digital TV, and ceiling fans in the 3 bedrooms.
Modern full bathroom, ensuite off main bedroom and relax with a wine in your own seperate spa room.
The kitchen is clean and modern and includes a dishwasher and everything you require for a relaxing holiday. Basic food condiments are provided.
The garden is fully enclosed, making it safe for children and pets.
Terms and Conditions
Fees include fresh linen and towels upon arrival.
A deposit of $200.00 is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required 1 week prior to the booking arrival date to finalise your booking.
A bond of $200.00 is also payable with the final payment.
Cancellation fees apply:
- Less than 4 weeks from your arrival date - no refund on full payment
- 4-8 weeks notice from your arrival date your deposit is retained
- more than 8 weeks notice a $50.00 admin fee is payable

BURRILL LAKE AND SURROUNDS
Burrill lake is a beautiful waterway, catering to boating enthusists, jetskiing, kayaking and of cause FISHING. It is a safe swimming area for the little ones, and dogs love to have fun on DOLPHIN POINT BEACH. If it is walking or cycling that you enjoy, there is a walkway/cycleway into Ulladulla and around the lake up to Dolphin Point. 4x4 tracks are only a short drive away and climbing Pigeon House Mt is one to be tackled, then return to relax on the verandah with a wine. Our friendly local "Brill Cafe", IGA store, newsagency and liquor store, fishing tackle, and famous 'THE FISH SHOP', best fish and chips in town are all only a quick walk away. If you need to venture further the shops in Ulladulla and our wonderful village of Milton are a short drive. A Cinema and Ten Pin Bowling are found in Ulladulla.
"Rick Stein at Bannisters" can be enjoyed at Mollymook, for that special dinner. "Lakeside Cottage" has information and pamphlets on hand for visitors to read and tailor their holiday . The owner is only too happy to help with any enquiries to make this a wonderful holiday for all to enjoy.

What a wonderful surprise to arrive a such a lovely fresh and clean house. We were treated with a lovely bottle of bubbly left in the fridge when we arrived and a lovely note from the owner Jan making us all feel so at home. Such a friendly welcome. Lovely views out to the lake and a short work to local shops. Felt relaxed all weekend and sorry to have to pack up and come home. Will definitely be back.

What a fantastic stay at Lakeside Cottage. The house was immaculately presented and as described.
The bubbly in the fridge and welcome message from Jan made us instantly feel at home. Our furry friend loved the house as much as we did. The house is very close the beach and shops. In fact we couldn't believe how quiet the area is and how beautiful the lake looked.
Overall we can't wait to stay in the house again and highly recommend Lakeside Cottage.

What a gem. Fantastic cottage overlooking Burrill Lake. Great location 5 minutes from Ulladulla. Very nicely presented and exceptionally clean. The cottage is very well furnished with everything supplied. Our 2 children loved the fact they could have their own room with a large bed and appreciated the extra TV. The cottage faces north and you can enjoy the sunshine all day from the verandah overlooking the lake. Jan is a terrific host and her recommendations for dinner were spot on. No need to look elsewhere for this area and look forward to visiting again.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights with a group of friends. We had a fantastic time at the property. It was extremely clean and well equipped and the location was superb. There was more than enough parking for 4 cars and two small boats and the boat ramp was just on the next street. Also we had a dog with us too. Jan was also extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back to stay again.

We had a very relaxing time at the lake house. The house is very big and very clean which made our stay even more comfortable. The owner Jan has gone to a lot trouble to make you feel right at home. I would recommend the lake house to anybody that is looking for good value in a holiday to visit the lake house.

The Lakeside Cottage was an excellent choice. There were 4 adults, 3 very young children and a dog and we all had a wonderful stay. The property is fully fenced, the lake views are fantastic, the heating worked very well and it even had a bath for the young ones.

WE really enjoyed our stay @ Lakeside Cottage - the house was peaceful and relaxing. Everything you needed and more was made available. We were able to walked everywhere we needed to go.
We felt has comfortable as if we were our own home. The spa was an extra nice treat.
Jan hospitality was very much appreciated.
We will definatly stay there again.

My partner and I loved our weekend at 'Lakeside Cottage'. The house had plenty of room, was modern and very clean. The spa on the deck was very relaxing and romantic. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable. The house was fully equiped with everything we needed and we were free to use whatever we wanted. The front deck looking over the lake was fantastic to share the free bottle of bubbly that was left for us to enjoy. The neighbours were also very friendly to have a chat with and get advice on good local food. The beaches in the area were very quiet and great for a swim. Jan was extremely helpful and nice to talk to. Make the 'Lakeside Cottage' your first preference when choosing somewhere to stay.

Lakeside cottage is a modern, well presented and comfortable place to stay. It has great views across the lake and is a great spot for fishing and canoeing - the kids loved it. The owner is lovely and very approachable. She went over and above what you would expect of somone renting out their house. There is a beautiful park not far from the house, the beach is close as is the local shops with a great coffee shop. Ulladulla is about 15 mins away.I would recommend this property to anyone who wanted a peaceful place to stay. We liked it so much we have rebooked for next Christmas. PS It is pet friendly.

The Lakeside Cottage is fantastic! it is right on the lake, close to the Burrill shops, park for the kids and beach :-) what else could you ask for? The house is fabulous! it had everything we needed and more (will definitely pack lighter next time :-)). We had an excellent stay and can't wait to come back! A wine on the deck looking over the lake is the perfect relaxing way to finish a busy day at the beach and fishing - the photos really don't do the cottage justice!
