We are a Traditional bed and breakfast (or B&B) we are a small lodging (home) that offers overnight accommodation and breakfast. Typically bed and breakfasts are private homes with fewer than 10 bedrooms available for commercial use. Which means we host your stay (live on the property 24hrs). As a special something we provide afternoon tea and supper if your around at the time of serving. We offer 3 Queen size bedrooms all with there own ensuites. There is an open plan communal room with a dinning area and lounge, this opens out to a large decked area for relaxing and watching the world go by. A BBQ area which leads on to the Bike Trail, a short walk into the heart of town or go through Gavan Street and walk 150 meters to the Ovens River, walking along the river path in to town. We are only 600 meters from town which offers all you need from Coffee shops, restaurants and a variety of specialty shops.

Charge

We charge per room per night, $170- $200.00 per room twin share.
