This home away from home is about two and a half hours drive from Canberra and 4 hours south of Sydney.
The beach house has timber floors and two spacious decks front and back from which you can enjoy tree top views, native birds, gentle afternoon breezes and from June to August lots of wonderful winter sunshine.
The large undercover deck at the front of the house is like an extra couple of rooms providing ample space for you to enjoy the view, laze around and is a great place for a spot of barbequing. There is a lockable garage and plenty of room to park your boat and store your surfboards.
The backyard is fully fenced so why not bring Fido on holidays too - the walkway along Coila Lake will take you to a great dog-friendly beach.
This is an ideal retreat for groups or families holidaying with children. There are hundreds of books to read, board games to play, jigsaw puzzles to challenge you and DVDs to watch.
Of course there is plenty of scope to do absolutely nothing too.
