No.12 has 4 bedrooms including a master bedroom (w/ king bed) complete with its own balcony, and ensuite with spa-bath and marble vanity. Three more bedrooms (queen bed, twin singles and a single bed respectively) and the main bathroom are also upstairs. The beds are new (Jan. 2007) Sleepmaker Luxury Comfort Plus for relaxing as you drift off to the sound of the ocean.

Enjoy the spacious granite topped kitchen which is generously appointed with European appliances. Both the living room and dining area are equipped for entertaining including a new plasma tv and dvd player. This area opens onto the large terrace where you will find the BBQ, sunlounges and a teak table with seating for eight.

The view from the terrace is spectacular -the magnificent Pacific Ocean framed by the trees that harbour the famous Papillon butterfly - the creature the complex derives its name from. Whilst on the deck or in the master bedroom you may be lucky enough to see one of the many whales that come by each year between June and October.

Also on the ground level is another half bathroom and a double garage with large foldaway clothesline for all those beachtowels after a day at the beach.Within the garage is a laundry with a new Kleenmaid washing machine and Smeg dryer.

Amenities include 2 TVs with Austar cable, a DVD player, stereo CD player ,books and board games. All linen is supplied except for beach towels. The villa is also air conditioned upstairs.
