Welcome to Papillon Villas.
Our beautiful villa has been renovated in 2011 - new stunning limestone floors, paint and all new furniture and bedding.
Here you may enjoy fabulous ocean views, live in luxury and be in proximity to all your needs. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom villa can accommodate up to 6 people, and is perfect for entertaining on the 90 square meter terrace.
There is a live in manager to take care of all your queries and concerns and ensure the smoothness of your stay with us.
~3 minutes to the Hyatt Regency Coolum golf course and facilities
~10 minutes to Sunshine Coast/Maroochydore airport
~3-5 minutes to Mount Coolum walk
~15 minute walk/2 minute drive to Coolum shops (cafes, fine dining, IGA Supermarket, Coolum Surf Life Saving Club, dress boutiques, banks etc.)
~5 min drive to new Woolworths Supermarket and specialty shops
~15-20 minute drive to cosmopolitan Noosa
~1 1/2 hrs to Brisbane
No.12 has 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom (with King bed) complete with its own balcony with stunning ocean views and ensuite with spa-bath and marble vanity. There are also two more bedrooms each with a queen beds. All bedrooms are upstairs. The beds are all new (Feb 11) Sleepmaker Luxury Comfort Plus .
Enjoy the spacious granite topped kitchen which is generously appointed with European appliances. Both the living room and dining area are equipped for entertaining including a new 50 inch 3D plasma tv and dvd player. This area opens onto the large terrace where you will find the BBQ, sunlounges and a teak table with seating for eight.
The view from the terrace is spectacular -the magnificent Pacific Ocean framed by the trees that harbour the famous Papillon butterfly - the creature the complex derives its name from. Whilst on the deck or in the master bedroom you may be lucky enough to see one of the many whales that come by each year between June and October.
Also on the ground level is another half bathroom and a double garage with large foldaway clothesline for all those beachtowels after a day at the beach.Within the garage is a laundry with a new Kleenmaid washing machine and dryer.
Amenities include 2 TVs with Austar cable, a DVD player, Yamaha surround sound system ,books and board games. All linen is supplied except for beach towels. The villa is also air conditioned upstairs.
