Four Seasons private north facing aspect lets you enjoy whatever weather the mountains throws at you. Enjoy the sun soaked rear deck with BBQ, whilst watching the kids play on the level park like grounds. In the winter months light the combustion burner or the open fire, enjoy a hot chocolate or coffee and watch the mountain mist roll in through the valley.
Take advantage of the fresh air and go for a bush walk in the surrounding national parks. Wentworth Falls is just 2 minute drive down the road, or 5 minutes away is Leura and Katoomba. Why not take a day trip to Jenolan Caves or the Zig Zag Railway? Or bring the golf clubs and try your hand at one of the many golf courses in the area?
You will never be shy of things to do, unless of course you want to!
Four Seasons offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with completely private bushland views from every room . The bedrooms are all on the upper level of the house.
We provide lovely fresh linen and towels (with a small charge), or you can bring your own. Duvets (with covers), blankets and pillows are all supplied.
Bed 1 : King bed, ensuite with PRIVATE SPA and walk in robe
Bed 2 : King bed, in a very generous "attic" space
Bed 3 : King bed (can be split into 2x singles)
Bed 4 : Bunk Bed (2x singles) and Single bed (3x single beds in total)
A fold away bed is available on request. 2x portable cots are also avaiable which fit easily in Bedrooms 1 & 2.
All rooms have their own heaters and every bed has an electric blanket.
Our huge open plan family room allows you to cook, relax by the combustion fire, dine at a 10 person table, or relax in the adjacent glass surrounded conservatory, all in the one space.
A Fully equipped home style kitchen with walk in pantry, huge refrigerator and island bench make cooking and socialising with your guests very easy. With a breakfast bar, the kitchen adjoins a large family room. The adjoining dining room table (seating 10 persons) and joins the conservatory, looking out onto the open bush landscape.
You can relax out on our new large north facing verandah, which is ideal for entertaining, or inside the conservatory on those cool sunny winter days. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck whilst watching the children to play a game in the 1 acre of flat park like grassland.
The formal lounge room has its own open fireplace and is surrounded by natural timbers in a cathedral style room. An adjoining dining room seats 8 people. We even have a piano for the musical minded!
There are books, games, magazines, DVDs, local knowledge on activities and restaurants. The grounds have a flying fox and slippery dip, and a trampoline for the kids to enjoy. Children are very welcome and will love the large open spaces!!!
Full internal laundry facilities, washing machine, dryer and ironing board, outdoor gas BBQ and outdoor tables are located on the rear balcony and in the back yard. For the cold afternoons there is a semi enclosed fire that can be lit on the rear balcony.
