Welcome home to Heath Terrace in Port Melbourne, the perfect accommodation for your next family holiday or short term work assignment.

This spacious inner city home features a large open plan living area with comfortable seating for 6 and a large LCD TV, DVD and CD. A spacious fully equipped kitchen and dining area leads out onto a timber decked courtyard where you can enjoy outdoor dining with BBQ facilities. Air conditioning in the living area and master bedroom and hydronic central heating throughout the whole house will ensure your comfort.

At the front of the house, the first bedroom has a king sized bed which can also be set up as two singles if required. For those travelling on business this bedroom also has a handy built in desk. The second bedroom, perfect for children or singles has two single beds. There are built in robes in each bedroom as well as pedestal fans for your comfort. Upstairs, the master bedroom with queen bed is a private oasis. Enjoy the TV and DVD whilst relaxing in air conditioned comfort. The super comfortable beds and quality linen in all bedrooms mean you will sleep soundly.

There is a family bathroom with shower over bath and also a European style laundry under the stairs with washing machine and dryer.

Do you share your holiday with your pet? Heath Terrace is pet friendly accommodation and small friendly pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

You have the choice of taking the light rail tram located just 2 blocks from Heath Terrace, or you can even walk to the city, it's that close!

Minimum Stays
In general, we have a 7 night min for bookings made 3 months or more in advance, and a 5 night min otherwise. Variations to minimum stays include some peak periods which may attract longer minimum stays, and we will also accept stays of less than 5 nights at our discretion, usually if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar or within the month of enquiry.
