The "Beach House on She-Oak" is the quintessential beach house with everything you need to enjoy your holiday.
From the minute you arrive and open the seven sets of cedar bi-fold doors the house transforms. Inside and out become one - now you can make full use of the generous 150sqm of covered timber deck area, and 15m lap pool.
There is plenty of room making it the perfect holiday house for one or two families to enjoy together.
Downstairs you will find a large open plan well-equipped kitchen, lounge & dining room inside. Outside a large dining area on the covered deck and a separate media room to get away from it all.
There is also Master Bedroom #2 with queen size bed and its own bathroom / ensuite. This bedroom opens straight up onto the deck and garden.
Upstairs is the spacious Master Bedroom #1 with queen size bed, its own balcony and ensuite.
There are also two more bedrooms upstairs with a double below/single upper bunk and single bed in each and of course the main bathroom.
Lush green gardens surround the house making it feel like your own little oasis.
There is a remote double lock up garage with plenty of space for storage. There are some bikes that the owners leave there that you are more than welcome to use along the kilometres of picturesque bike paths.
There are three TVs, Two living areas, DVD players, Sonos Sound System, Ipod Speaker (BYO IPOD), Nespresso Coffee Machine.
All linen supplied (excl Beach Towels).
15 minutes from Coolangatta airport to the north and only a 30 minute drive to Byron Bay in the south.

All the beds will be made up, bath towels and tea towels inside all ready for you.
Coffee Plunger and a Nespresso Coffee machine - Some Nespresso pods are supplied however if you are big coffee drinkers and prefer pods over plunger, then you want to BYO.
You will also find washing powder in the laundry,dishwasher tablets, dishwashing detergent and rubbish bags in the kitchen and body wash and hand soap in the bathrooms.

Best layout of a beach house that we have stayed in to date. Great aesthetics and well equipped. Loved the bikes etc that allowed for great function. TV's both not working and remote missing for play station - which was a blessing in disguise! Will definitely re-visit.

This is the ultimate beach house. An extremely well equipped house with a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. We were worried that we wouldn't have enough seating with 12 people but there was more than enough lounge space and the dining areas were perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer. Our weekend was spent doing beach activities, cooking and having BBQs, going for bike rides and hanging out at the house. Amazing stars and phosphorescence on the beach at night!

The Beach House on She-Oak is a perfect getaway location. Situated stumbling distance from the beach, with all the modern conveniences.
We had a wonderful stay, took advantage of the proximity to the water and Kingscliff. Would thoroughly recommend this property.
