ALN House offers, private, comfortable, stylish and convenient Fremantle accommodation with the comforts of home. Great for familes, couples, corporate rental and small groups. Sleeps up to 8 guests. So stay at ALN House and enjoy the culture of Western Australias vibrant second city.

We will also consider longer term stays should we have availability.

BOOKING & CONDITIONS

All bookings and enquiries can be made by either;

- contacting us via email
- giving us a call, or
- by visiting our AccommodationWA website and completing a booking/enquiry form.

Rates:

- $220 per night double or $1,320 per week double
- Extra adult at $30 per night or $180 per week (15 years and over)
- Extra child at $20 per night or $120 per week (under 15 years)
- Fixed rate of $500 per night from 12th November to 31st December 2011 for up to 6 guests.
- Long stay rates are negotiable (longer term being greater than 3 months)

Conditions:

- Minimum of 3 nights stay
- 30% deposit is required at the time of booking
- Balance is payable prior to arrival
- Deposits are non-refundable on cancellation of bookings
- Option to transfer your deposit to an alternative date so you don\'t lose your deposit
- Check-in time is from 2 pm onwards
- Check-out time is by 10 am
- Phone calls are limited to local calls only

ALN House will be cleaned prior to your arrival
