20 ON THE BEACH AT WOONONA is an amazing very large and spacious property.
This beachhouse is truly unique including the following
# 5 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 singles, 2 single)
# 3 bathrooms
# 3 WC
# 1 Spa bath
# Up and downstairs living with kitchens on both levels
# A very private pool
# Alfresco dining on the balcony overlooking the surf rolling in
# Across the road from Woonona's famous surfing beach and great bikes tracks to take you through to Wollongong or up to Austinmeer
# Secured parking down the driveway and the list goes on.
Our tarif is based on sleeping up to 6 people only however for an extra charge of $60.00 per person we will consider up to 4 more.
We are located in a residential area so if staying we ask the noise level to be reduced to a minimum at 10.00pm week nights and 11.00 pm Friday,Saturday nights.
We are just 10 mins north from Wollongong and metres to the One on Park Cafe opened 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch. There are several Cafes with walking distance selling amazing tastings coffee and foods
Around the corner is a fantastic park for the kids with the railway station 600 mtrs up the road. Less than 1 hours drive to Sydney or 1 hour to Jervis Bay and the wonderfull clean beaches in the South Coast and of course the bike track accross the road with access to Wollongong through to Thiroul.
With Dolpfins and Whales to be seen throughout the year from the balcony this truly is the spot to be discovered.
With all this on offer your stay is bound to be enjoyed and without doubt. We're sure you will be back.

WE DO NOT HIRE OUR HOUSE OUT FOR PARTYS AND WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY EXTRA GUESTS AT ANY TIME DURING YOUR STAY OTHER THAN DISCUSSED WITH MANAGEMENT.
WE NOW HAVE A $500.00 BOND WHICH IS TO BE DEPOSITED TO A NOMINATED BANK ACCOUNT AND RETURNED AFTER INSPECTION. IF MORE GUESTS ARE STAYING THAN NOMINATED $60.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE BOND
