Two Bathrooms & 2 toilets - Bathroom 1 is the ensuite to the main bedroom with a double shower, spa bath and separate toilet. Bathroom 2 has a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet.
Two large living areas with vaulted ceilings - (Living area 1) is located at the front of the house and has split system heating & cooling,a CD stacker. The wall of windows looks out onto lush tropical gardens and a sliding glass door opens onto the side covered deck with a BBQ area.
Living area 2 - has spilt system heating & cooling, large screen TV & DVD player, reclining chairs and settee. This area again has a wall of windows overlooking lush tropical gardens and a water feature. A sliding glass door leads to a covered patio with an outdoor settee & chairs.
Modern kitchen with double wall oven, sensor hot plates, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge with an ice-maker and filtered water. Extensive range of cooking and dining equipment.
Two lovely dining rooms both overlooking the lush tropical gardens and water feature.
Two outdoor entertaining areas with outdoor settee, tables, chairs and BBQ. Both areas have drop down restaurant blinds.
To ensure your holiday is fun we have also provided an extensive range of books, DVDs, CD's, children's toys and board games.
A porta cot and highchair is also available.
Two fully fenced back and side yards are available for the safety of children and pets. Our gardens are lovely lush and tropical and our water feature provides are calming atmosphere.
Off street parking for 3 cars/boat.
Deposit $200 is required to secure a booking. Final due 2 weeks before commencement, except Dec/Jan hols when final is to be paid 1 December.
Security bonds will be refunded within 7 days of vacating the property after a property inspection is completed.
Check in Time - 2:30 PM
Check Out Time - 10:30 AM - late check-out available on weekends except during Dec/Jan hols (check with owner).
Bedlinen can be provided $15 pp - or you may provide your own. All linen can be provided at $20pp (except beach towels).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
It is your responsibilty to clean up after your pet - please pick up dog excretement and empty litter tray.
Departing - Basic Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise arranged. Two hours cleaning is allowed for in your rate; any additional cleaning required will be deducted from the bond.
Note: Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner.
Early check-in and late-check out may be applied except in peak times.
