Property Details
The property consists of 3 separate accommodation areas as follows:
** Main House: 2 double bedrooms, sofa bed in separate room, kitchen, living areas, bathroom, 2 toilets
** The Shearers Quarters: 1 queen size bed and sofa bed, lounge room with TV and entertainment system, bathroom/toilet
** The Loft: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and 1 double sofa bed all in the same very large room
In total, the house can sleep 4 couples (1 queen/3 double beds) and up to 6 children, but is best suited to 3 couples and children. It was designed for entertaining and seats 16 people in the outside courtyard and 8-10 people comfortably inside in the main dinning area.
We are located just 40 metres from the water with a perfect white sand beach for the kids to play on and swim. There is also a kids play-ground with swings and play-equipment just 100 meters from the house.
With just a 1 minute walk to "Frothy Coffee" you can enjoy coffee and lunch as well as hire sailing boats, water bikes, or even a tinny to do a day's fishing.
The ocean (Celito Beach) is a 5 minute boat ride away or a ten minute drive by car. Drive your boat directly to the beach for a swim in the surf!
