ABOUT COROMANDEL. TRAVEL . RESTAURANTS . GENERAL NOTES

The interior tones at COROMANDEL are soothing to both the eye & the soul. Wooden floor boards in the open plan living space are painted white; throws & large cushions alongside the windows invite you just to sit back & take in the perfectly framed views of the river.

Two queen bedrooms & a bathroom adjoin the main living space on the top level, with another two queen bedrooms, a bathroom & a laundry on the lower games room level. From the games room a BBQ / entertaining deck, opens on to a lawn that rambles down to the waters edge.

The kayaks & bicycles are there for those who want to explore beyond the sanctuary of COROMANDEL.

COROMANDEL is both ideal for two, as well as being a wonderful space for up to six adults. Children are welcome by prior arrangement.

WHAT TO DO
simply relax , fish, read
have a game of table tennis
explore the river shoreline by kayak
walk or cycle along the designated shoreline path ( cycles x 2 provided )
swim from the ramp at high tide
jump in the car & explore the labyrinth of country roads, stopping in just around the corner for wine tasting

hooks, bait, sinkers for fishing
toiletries, personal belongings including swimming costume
personal repellant , sunscreen, sunhat, sunglasses


TRAVEL
From SYDNEY direction M2 FREEWAY & Windsor Rd to Windsor. At Windsor travel straight ahead, following the signs to Wilberforce, crossing the Hawkesbury River & immediately turn right along Wilberforce Rd. At Wilberforce, turn right on to King Rd & follow the signs to Ebenezer & Ebenezer Church. Allow 1.5 hours by car from Sydney, and in peak periods add 30 minutes.


Own Boat trailer boat suitable by prior arrangement. There is a private sealed boat ramp on the property, however it is steep & we recommend this for experienced 'boat slippers' only. The boat must be trailered again at the end of the day.

Wisemans Ferry Inn , Spencer Village Store/Cafe & the Settlers Arms Inn - St Albans are just some of the great lunch detinations to choose from when touring the winding country roads that are at the doorstep of COROMANDEL
