This 7th floor, end-unit, view is stunning from the extra-long, oversized balcony (420 sq. ft.) with wide open coastal views and enough seating for everyone. The condo includes two master bedrooms and living room all adjoining the balcony with gulf views overlooking the pristine white beaches and sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf. This beautiful condo is one of the few Tropic Winds 3 bedroom, low floor, condos with 2 master bedrooms. The complex has an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. The reserved parking spot is conveniently located directly across from the elevator. Additional vehicles park in the overflow parking deck across the street.

All items from furniture, to artwork to accessories have been professionally hand picked making your home-away-from-home experience truly memorable. Two oceanfront master suites have king beds, armoires, nightstands, closets and private baths with a shower/tub combination.

The third bedroom has two queen beds, dresser drawers and a closet. All bedrooms have TVs and DVD players. The third bathroom features a shower/tub combination.

The large living area has sit down dining for six plus four at the counter. A queen size sleeper sofa, with chairs make this unit the perfect place to relax. With exceptional furnishings, the unit has nine foot ceilings, four ceiling fans, crown molding, a balcony bar, fully equipped kitchen and ice maker. It also features a large separate laundry room with washer and dryer. It should easily accommodate two families.

The resort is located about five - ten minutes from the Pier Park, which is the premier dining, shopping and entertainment destination of Panama City Beach. Within a short drive there are multiple golf courses, preserves and natural parks, deep sea fishing charters, antiquing and Shell Island shuttles.

Please remember this is a privately owned vacation home whose owner wants you to enjoy what they enjoy. Please take good care of it as you would your own home.

Awesome stress reliever with a beautiful view.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo with enough room to move around. Great that everyone had own bathroom. Awesome balcony, with it being an end unit we got aside view. Pool, hottub, and property were very clean. Easy access to the beach. Liked we were at the end with less traffic. Was easy to get in and out, just drive down to Pier Park. Tubs are very slippery. Need to put bathtub mats in condo bathrooms for guest to use if they want to or list it as an item they may want to bring. Had beach toys for guest to use, and 2 beach loungers were provided for this unit to use. Loved that it had washer and dryer in unit.

Great Spot

Great Spot, condo was clean and well furnished and located on the “quiet end” of PCB. The fact that it had two master bedrooms with kings makes it ideal for families traveling together. Our only complaint…the elevators are slow and seemingly having issues (1-2 out of 3 down at differing times) during our stay. I can’t blame that on the condo owner or the managing group (Greta’s… who were excellent) but to the building owner(s), clearly there is some work to be done. ** if you have a large truck (F-250, 350 etc) consider driving in with something else, parking is premium here. Even in our Expedition, it was extremely tight, there’s no way I could’ve got my truck in and around. All in all, excellent stay !!! Definitely coming back again
