Included with this unit is a beach setup (2 chaise lounges and 1 umbrella available March 15th to October 31st) and a reserved and convenient parking space located in the main garage. From the minute you enter the door, you will be awed by the upgrades and views offered by this beautiful 3-bedroom beach condo. The inviting cool colors remind you that you are in paradise. The newly appointed living room, balcony and dining room furniture invite you to sit back and relax. The patio includes lounge chairs, rocking chairs and a dining table to enjoy the beautiful gulf coast sunsets. After the sun sets, the 55-inch HDTV living room TV allows you to wind down with a good movie. TV’s are also included in all 3 bedrooms. The fully-appointed kitchen includes a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, a side-by-side refrigerator with convenient ice and water in the door, a wide variety of kitchen essentials, and BBQ utensils to help you whip up a gourmet meal!
