Francesco’s apartment was absolutely splendid! Not only, was it in the best area to stay in Florence (in my opinion), but it was also equipped for all your traveling needs. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and had a lovely kitchen/dining room. The location is steps away from Ponte Vecchio and various fabulous restaurants. I could not recommend this accommodation enough!

The apartment overlooking the Duomo was perfect

We are a family of 5 (2 Adults, 3 Teenagers) and stayed 4 nights in Sonia’s apartment. What a wonderful experience! Sonia was there at checkin and went through all the things to do with the apartment in great detail. She also recommended many great local restaurants and things to do around Florence.The apartment itself was very clean and configured to 3 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom made the stay very comfortable for our family of 5. The outdoor courtyard is also available, but we didn’t use it much as it was winter and cold.The apartment is very quiet and the location is close enough to walk easily into town and all the main attractions. The bus is also just outside the apartment.Overall, a great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood and would definitely stay again when in Florence. Thank you Sonia for your hospitality!

This apartment is in the perfect location. Walking distance to the centre. Very clean, beautiful apartment and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Amassing cottage exactly as describe, super clean plenty of space for a family. Great location right in the heart of Tuscany with incredible views and it was super peaceful. Magdalena was so nice and knowledgeable very responsive and gave us numerous recommendations for the local area. The house is ease to find through google maps instead of GPS. Truly a dream house in the quiet, beautiful countryside. I can’t wait to return.

This is a two bedroom apartment on the first floor (i.e. one level up).The stairs are wide with railings and the stairs are in good condition.The entry is secured and you are safe within the building (which is two storeys high). That said, Prato and the Datini Apartments area is very safe. The two bedrooms are quite large with large Queen size beds with clothing cupboards, desk and chair and TV in each. The TVs are Smart TVs so you can use your apps (we were also able to access Netflix and Prime free among a wide range of apps). Free to air Italian TV is also available. The bathroom is a good size with shower (above head on roof shower head and hand held both available in an "in bath" arrangement).The taps simple to use. Good size sink and mirror and all the toiletries you might need.Toilet and bidet. The kitchen and dining area, while compact include all your cooking needs. Gas cook top and oven. Large refrigerator. Kettle, toaster, microwave oven, Italian coffee expresso makers with coffee provided (3 sizes). All the cutlery, plates and glasses etc that you need are available. The dining table has four chairs. There is a good size laundry with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. There is an outdoor setting on a verandah out the back. In a great location - this lovely apartment 150 metres from St Francesco Piazza with supermarket, restaurants. Francesco the owner is a great host. Generous with his time and information. We enjoyed our stay at Antonella's apartment. It's located in a very convenient area of Florence and easy walking distance to the centre of the city and its location close by to the Boboli gardens. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay in Florence including a supermarket a few doors down from the apartment and other surrounding shops and restaurants. On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Antonella's assistant who helped us settle in. We highly recommend Antonella's apartment as being a great introduction to the city of Florence.
