Holiday rentals near Jewish Museum Berlin

Peer is a generous and obliging host. We arrived by train on a Sunday and he collected us from the local railway station. We departed on a public holiday and he drove us to the railway station. We had to replace a suitcase while we were in Berlin and he disposed the broken suitcase.The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the tram stop and, as we discovered when a car collided with a tram near the railway station one afternoon, about a 20 minute walk from the station.An Italian and a Hungarian restaurant are a 5 minute walk away, a medium sized supermarket about another 10 minutes walk away and there is a large supermarket near the railway station.The apartment is in the outer suburbs of Berlin where one walks past houses rather than blocks of apartment buildings. The apartment in on the ground floor which is a plus when traveling with large suitcases, the living area is spacious as is the main bedroom and the second bedroom is a good size.We are grateful to Peer for his thoughtfulness and kindness.

Absolutely amazing accommodation. The best I have stayed at on our travels. So spotless and Günther was an amazing host. Everything you could want in accommodations in Berlin. I can’t wait to return one day and stay at this fabulous accommodation.

Our family had a very enjoyable one month stay in this relaxing and comfortable apartment. It is well equipped and is even larger than the photos suggest. The location is great, with forest and a beautiful lake close by. Several supermarkets and restaurants are in the local area and a short 10 minute drive offers many more. There are good public transport links into Berlin and surrounding areas. We felt very relaxed and at home in the property and would highly recommend it.

Check in was simple and effective (Thanks to Tom) The place was so spotlessly clean. They thought of everything you could ever want or need in a home away from home. Location was great, only a short walk to the subway. Clear instructions for getting around were provided. Plenty of food options close by, restaurants and supermarkets. Bedding was comfortable, room temperature was perfect and the bathroom had everything! The kitchen had enough appliances and utensils to host a dinner party. Although a little further out from the centre of town, public transport was always available and well-priced. Parking was also available at a very cheap price considering the normal city prices. This place is highly recommended, I will definitely look to stay again, should I travel to Berlin in the future.

Lovely place, great host who was very helpful. He even got up at 6.30 am to make sure the taxi he’d booked for us to the airport actually turned up. 👍😁
