Holiday rentals near Kitty's Beach

A well appointed little place, beautiful fixtures & fittings, suited my family's needs perfectly. Clean & easy walking distance to the beach. In fact I would probably stay again but please change the pillows :) An extra mirror in one bedroom to prevent girls fighting for mirror space. All in all, a really great little property to stay at.

Our stay at Mermaid Cottage was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning location—just a short stroll from the crystal-clear waters and powdery white sand of Hyams Beach.The cottage itself is beautifully designed, blending coastal charm with modern comforts. It was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The open-plan living area and outdoor deck provided the perfect setting to unwind, whether it was enjoying a morning coffee with ocean breezes or a family BBQ under the stars.What truly made our stay special was the thoughtful attention to detail—from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy bedrooms that made us feel right at home. The kids had a blast exploring the nearby beaches and trails, while we appreciated the peace and tranquility of this idyllic retreat.If you’re looking for a dreamy escape in Jervis Bay, Mermaid Cottage is an absolute must! We can’t wait to return.

This house is amazing very clean snd comfortable it is my favourite holiday destination quite and relaxing and Cory and Kris are wonderful people they make your stay very comfortable we will be back again for sure

We had a wonderful stay in this property. A very lovely welcome in the form of music and welcome gift as we entered the property was really appreciated and made our stay very special. The location was stunning and local wildlife was an added bonus. Thanks for a memorable week.

Great stay been a few times and always glad to return to a good property and love sitting on the veranda amd watching the sea

This cute studio had everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. Sonia and Joe warmly welcomed us on arrival and gave us recommendations of places to go including Bendalong beach to see stingrays (though we didn't see any, we had a great time at the beach). We also had a front yard and BBQ available to us. The location of the studio is a quick 15 mins drive to Huskisson and Booderee National Park. Wished we had stayed a few more days so that we could use the bikes and kayaks. It's a cosy place for a couple looking for a relaxing gateway, the room is as shown in the photos (and with an induction cooktop and cooking utensils). The only things we thought would be good to have are a proper sliding door instead of a folding bathroom door and a firmer bed. Thank you for hosting us, Sonia and Joe, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Wow...what can we say! Our stay was an excellent experience. The property was immaculate, the scenery breath taking. The accommodation was very clean and air and light could be let in at every angle. Our host Greg was amazing with hints and tips of the best we could see in this gorgeous area on the world. Thank you for having us. It is a stay will remember for a long time. Dean and Amanda.
