Oriental Bay holiday rentals

We enjoyed a lovely three day break here, with everything we needed provided. Sue is a great host and clearly makes a big effort to provide an immaculate place to stay. Wonderful views across the water to the city. Thank you Sue, Pamela.

I had a wonderful nine-day long stay at this lovely little apartment. It is in the perfect location for exploring Wellington on foot, especially for enjoying the restaurants and bars on Cuba Street. The apartment is well furnished and provisioned with everything you might need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, etc which made cooking at home a breeze. The sweet little balcony offers a great view over to Mnt Victoria. Communication with the property manager was very easy and she was very accommodating and friendly. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Love this apartment this is the second time staying with my children and i would definatly stay again everything you need for a busy stay in the city

This property is getting a little worn but it is clean and tidy and the location is so superb we did not care, it was perfect

The check in was terrible. I arrived and didn't have the correct notes with me, so I contacted my contact whom we have spoken before for this property and the NZ phone contact number both of which I'm waiting to hear back from. Building under renovation which we weren't told so couldn't use the balcony. Thank goodness i ran into the cleaner who sorted our issues out for us. Really dissapointed with the contact facilities.

This property far exceeded our expectations. So clean and comfortable. Perfect location especially when you don’t want to hire a car. Felt so secure and homely. Al is the best and want to thank him for his hospitality and generosity. Will be the only place we will ever book in Wellington in the future. Big, huge thank you
