Big apartment with easy check in.
Checking in was easy despite the online method used. The apartment was clean and ready before the scheduled arrival time. The apartment was a great size with its own kitchen and spacious bathroom. Only negative is there is no lift, not a problem for us, but could be for older people.

Air conditioning and comfortable beds but problems
Firstly, there is bike storage in a lockable bike shed inside the underground garage. I have no idea why they could not answer this question despite it being asked several times. No surprise that we were the only two bikes stored in the garage.
Secondly, I find it rude and incomprehensible that we are told there is work going on in the ground floor after we have paid and no longer refundable. This work has clearly been going on for quite a while and furthermore, work was going on way past midnight and kept us awake with banging going for the three nights we were there. At first we thought it was a noisy guest upstairs but the thuds were in groups of four and it was loud. It kept us awake.
The rooms were fine if a little cramped but other than that and the multiple times you need to remember your four digit code to enter the lift, room, entrance, washing room etc., it was well equipped and well designed, one quilt and two pillows each. ok storage if you do t have large suitcases.
