We had a very pleasant experience at the property. When we arrived, the property was ready for us and it was clean and tidy. With the property being situated within a secure compound and security lighting and cameras present, we never felt unsafe at the property and we also felt comfortable in leaving our car at the property. Being a English speaker only, I would like to have seen a cable TV system with foreign channels, but I understand the costs involved in this and it may be asking a bit much given the very good and cheap rental rates we paid for the property. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Percy, but Gloria the property manager was charming and was available to attend to us if and as required. If you are a westerner considering staying at this property, do not expect western standards, but given it is in the Philippines, it is more that adequate and you will not feel uneasy in the property. I definitely recommend this property to others and will stay here again next time we visit Baguio. Richard and Joan.

My family stayed here for 3 nights and our stay was great. Lots of space for a big family like mine, there was 18 of us all together. The care taker of the house was nice and helpful. The only thing is you can't do your washing there if you're planning to stay longer but there's a laundry place nearby and it's pretty affordable. We would stay here again for our next visit and already recommend it to a few friends and family who are planning to go to Baguio next.
