Great location. Loved walking into the city along the river and through the Botanic Gardens. Nice hotel with pool and gym.

location close to Linear park was great. very quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable beds and set up in the lounge and kitchen. Host was responsive for questions. Great all round and highly recommended

Great location, quiet off the main roads. Easy to get to anywhere in Adelaide. Plenty of space inside and outside yard. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay, so close to everything. Having a dedicated carparking spot an added bonus. Unfortunately the WiFi was a bit hit and miss, but I'm sure this will be corrected

A lovely clean unit in a very quiet location. Everything you need. We had an extended stay- 5 nights and were very happy.

We stayed while I was travelling for work with my partner and toddler in tow. Kathy and Diane went above and beyond to make our stay perfect - even measuring the driveway to make sure our caravan would fit (we we're holidaying on our way to Adelaide). The house is a perfect home - one of the cleanest Stayz properties I have ever been in! Really delightful attention to detail throughout the home. Thank you for having us and look forward to booking again in the future.

We absolutely loved Semaphore Sea Breeze. The home is beautiful, comfortable and is in a great location. We had everything we needed in the home and and more. Gillian & Mike are fabulous hosts, the process was effortless from beginning to end, when we were all reluctant to leave, but excited to return again in 2024.
