Thank you Nicolas for a wonderful couple of days at Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi, Avellino. We came to your town to watch the Giro d'italia and your hospitality did not disappoint! We met the locals and were warmly welcomed by your parents and work team. You made us feel like part of the family. The apartment was modern and very comfortable. The surrounds were peacefully and extraordinarily beautiful. I highly recommend that more people visit this part of Italy - what a hidden treasure. Thanks once again for your kindness and warmth. We absolutely loved our accomodation and experience in this apartment in the historic area of Salerno! The flat itself was well equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay with extra touches from our beautiful host Federica such as fresh oranges and an electric juicer to make fresh juice each morning along with an automatic espresso machine with pods provided and chocolate croissants! Obviously the view from the two private balconies being a big highlight that we enjoyed each night and morning. Federica was a very helpful and accomodating host with recommendations of the local attractions such as the medieval botanical garden very close by and of course short ferry rides to everywhere you might want to visit on the Amalfi coast, as we did one day to Amalfi for a mere 9 euro! My partner and I can’t recommend this apartment enough and if we ever come back to Salerno we will certainly hope to find this apartment available again. Grazie Federica!
