The property felt like home; it was well-decorated, with comfortable couches, a TV with all the apps, a secure backyard for our dog, and the most comfortable bed we had ever slept in. The neighbourhood was quiet, and the location was very central to everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend.

My friends and I stayed at this property for an event nearby. The property was clean, comfortable and had lovely touches such as fresh bread and snacks. Five of us stayed recently at Mia's Place and it was absolutely brilliant - perfect location for where we needed to be, beautiful home, lovely bedrooms and a fantastic kitchen/living area. Big couch for everyone to sit on. There is one bathroom plus a separate powder room so that was great. There is off street parking plus plenty of on street parking. We got an uber into town which was about 11. Highly recommend.

Set in beautiful gardens the apartment was clean and beautifully presented. Perfect for what we were looking for set in a quiet court right across the road from the Barron river and great walking tracks. The apartment was a home away from home and the bed was very comfortable . Jennifer was a great host and was very responsive as we booked the day before we travelled. Her attention to detail and amenities provided exceeded our expectations. Would love to return in the near future.

Ozone Studio is perfectly set up. The large sunfilled living area leads onto a good sized balcony with great views of trees and through to the Barwon River. A gas logfire warmed our bodies and our souls in the evening. The queen sized bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is lavishly equipped with hot tub and twin shower heads in the shower. A great couples retreat!
