Holiday rentals near Winburndale Nature Reserve

This property was only a short distance to Bathurst's centre and Mount Panorama where our team was working for the Bathurst 12 Hour event. There were enough beds to accommodate five adults and the living and dining areas were spacious enough to allow everyone to relax comfortably after a long day of work. The property's location was perfect for our needs, providing both convenience and a peaceful retreat. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor space offered a lovely area for unwinding in the evening. The pool was also well received - shout-out to the property manager who had even left the heating on for us! Overall, this property provided an excellent balance of proximity to key locations and a comfortable, welcoming environment for our team. My only suggestion would be adding heavier window treatments in several bedrooms as the mornings are very bright. Otherwise, this home would suit a large family or several families holidaying together.

This is the first time I’ve ever stayed in a ‘tiny house, it was lovely. Place is obviously small (some might say ‘tiny’) but it’s surprisingly well organised and there’s more than enough room for 1, probably even 2. The place had everything you could reasonable want too, good gas oven and stove, Big fridge freezer, warm and comfortable bed and a hot shower. It rained the whole time I was staying so wasn’t really able to enjoy the out door fire, as I think that would have been amazing to sit out under stars with a fire going to keep warm. As it was it’s a lovely view and if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and still to go and escape the world this is pretty much perfect. One bit of advice I would suggest is to bring a pair of slippers to wear indoors as the floor can be very cold in winter, and it’s not nice to wear shoes inside.

My daughter and I with our dog Charlie had a fabulous 3 night stay. Tiny home was perfect and exactly as described. Beds were so comfortable - including the fold out. We got meal packs which made it even easier. Charlie enjoyed the runs in the front paddock. Plenty of walks, sunsets and sitting around the fire. Family were in the other tiny house and they were separate for privacy and your own space but close enough to hang out together. We plan to come back. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the farm house, it’s nestled perfectly in between Bathurst and Oberon so although it’s hidden away in the countryside it’s not too far out of the way or difficult to access. The farmhouse is toward the far end of property and a decent way from the main house so you have your own space and privacy. The hosts were lovely and easy to communicate with, there are two doggos that roam the property that my Kelpie had a great time with, if you are travelling with a nervous/anxious dog it’s good to know there are dogs on the property that will wander up to the house for a pat. The house itself was spacious and very clean, and stayed nice and warm inside even though it was only 2° at night There are sheep that roam in the field right next to the house in the mornings and it was beautiful seeing all the stars in the night sky! Highly recommended, id stay again
