Holiday rentals near Maybrook Ave Bushland Reserve

I recently stayed at this studio for 3 months and had a great experience, especially for a short-term rental. One of the biggest advantages is the location—just a 2-minute walk to the station (Chatswood), with metro trains running every 4 minutes during peak hours and only 10 minutes to the city. Super convenient for anyone working in the CBD.The apartment is also very close to everything Chatswood has to offer. It has multiple grocery options (including Asian grocers), Westfield, Chatswood Chase, and an excellent selection of restaurants and takeaway spots all within walking distance.Inside, the apartment is well-equipped for a comfortable stay. There’s a kitchenette with enough facilities to cook simple meals, which was handy. It also includes a washing machine, dryer, bar fridge, TV, safe, and a comfortable king-sized bed.Another great feature is the on-site gym, which I used frequently—especially helpful during rainy winter days. If you're into ball sports, the nearby football field is a bonus.All in all, it’s a great short-term option for professionals working in the city—comfortable, convenient, and well-located.

We had a very comfortable stay, everything we needed was provided for, it made our stay so much more enjoyable and less stressful . The unit was clean, comfortable and warm in winter. We enjoyed the close proximity to the water and beautiful foreshore walks. Shane was very polite and a pleasure to deal with.

The property was fantastic for our family of 4. The place had everything we needed and was situated perfectly - close to cafes/restaurants, the shops and a short bus ride to Manly and the Westfield shopping centre. Leafy outlook, sunny and spacious this beach vibe apartment has the feel of a house with all the essentials for a perfect escape to the northern beaches. Only 5 minutes walk to Avalon Beach as well as Avalon shops, this little gem is affordable and practical with a very thoughtful host and great attention to detail. There is space and privacy with off street parking and all the things you need - a comfortable bed with soft quality bed linen; great shower, washing machine and sunny clothesline; plenty of cupboard space, a desk with a view of the trees; a smart tv, coffee machines, tea pot and tea and a good sized fridge. The decor and homewares reflect the local beach atmosphere and were delightful. Close enough to Barrenjoey Road for an easy drive to Palm Beach or Whale Beach but far enough away not to hear any traffic noise. It's a short walk to the shops to discover good restaurants and takeaways as well as all the other interesting Avalon retailers. For a couple this is perfect and if you have a family member or close friend visiting who is happy to share the ensuite bathroom, the lounge turns into a queen bed if required. It suited us well with our children visiting. Fiona is a delightful host and thought of everything. The apartment is very clean and airy. We are looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend. This was our 1st stay in this lovely cottage and we will certainly be back. Everything you need and more. Walking distance to local shops and public transport. Cheryl & Ray were always available and helpful. Highly recommended.

The property was so well located and very spacious for the two of us surrounded by lovely gardens and trees. The rooms including the bathroom were spotless and modern plus everything was provided including a delicious breakfast to start the day with. Excellent attention to detail.
