Holiday rentals near Carr Villa Nature Reserve

We had a fantastic stay here for 8 nights. We travelled most days all around the north of the state, and it was a lovely abode to come home to at the end of the day. Well styled and lots of room and storage. Well thought out. Very private.

Little Gem is just fantastic, modern accommodation. Beautifully designed, decorated and fitted out little house. Everything was just superb with a lovely living area, a great, really well equipped kitchen which we used to cook two delicious meals prepared from ingredients bought at the Launceston Saturday Farmer's Market, a really beautiful bathroom and a truly comfortable big bed and lots of storage areas. Little Gem did have everything to meet our needs for a 5 day stay and just a short drive to most Launceston amenities and destinations. Jaime provided us with all the information needed prior to arrival and accommodated all our needs - a great host providing a lovely experience so many thanks to Jaime and we would definitely come back.

Conveniently located near supermarket and on street parking. Comfy bed, soft towels in spacious private room. Highly recommended good value for money.

Conveniently located close to many attraction in Launceston and easy access to transport routes and shopping areas makes this stay a great spot to use as a base for exploring the city, surrounding areas and beyond. Generous sized kitchen, living area and bedrooms ensured a very comfortable stay to either kick back and relax or get out and explore, a real home away from home. Undercover parking and a pleasant garden enhanced the stay.
