Holiday rentals near Tumut and District Historical Society Museum

This was a brilliant find. If you're looking for a place to get away from it all, then look no further. An original cottage beautifully restored in a gorgeous location. Our hosts Andrea and Andrew were fantastic. We look forward to returning.

We had a fantastic stay at Elm Cottage celebrating Dads 80th birthday. The setting location is amazing - river, the hills, the well kept and artistic surrounds. The house was ideal for a large group like ours and plenty of space to relax. Super amenities in the house. We had a fantastic stay.

This was our second visit. Even with an infant i am always able to be tranquil and actaully feel like i am on holiday. The views are stunning and the river is beautifully clear. Baby loved the morning visits from the cows. It's also our dogs (border collie) favourite get away too. The service you receive here is great and we feel so cared for. Needless to say we will be back again in the future, only downfall is that we didnt book a longer stay.

This was a great place to stay with the family and our dog. It was in a very quiet area, extremely close to town so you could walk down and enjoy the local pubs and shops. It was well presented with an updated kitchen and bathroom (which was huge) and a neat yard with a very secure and fully fenced yard for your pet. Dorothy was a pleasure to deal with and check in was really simple and easy. Would highly recommend staying here to explore Tumut, we loved it! It was a bonus finding a packet of bikkies and a bottle of milk already there for us when we checked in!

The most gorgeous location and delightful hosts. only a short drive to the lovely town of Tumut. Definitely recommend Elms Cottage at Little River and visiting Tumut.

Shh keep it a secret! Such an amazing gem of a spot and great accommodation. And the ghost was really accommodating to the whole family
