Holiday rentals near University of Edinburgh

Had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location was perfect, Tesco just over the road and an easy walk to town. Nicola was extremely helpful with all my many questions, a parking permit was provided to park the car. The apartment was clean and inviting, we would definitely stay here again - thank you so much!

The actual stay was way above expectations.Fiona is an excellent host.We wanted for nothing. The welcome package was enormous.I rate this annex my best stay anywhere in the world. This is an excellent property. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and furnished. Both bedrooms and the lounge room are spacious and comfortable. Communication from the owner was clear and timely, and there were some lovely touches with high quality consumables provided.The location is excellent and within walking distance of Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. As with many places in Edinburgh, parking is not easy but the owner provided clear information on the best options for parking.

We always knew the location was unbeatable but the apartment was just beautiful with everything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay, it just wasn’t long enough

The apartment was amazing, all the furnishings were beautifully decorated and it was in a perfect spot. Maureen was so helpful at check in and very responsive. It's definitely an ideal apartment for a stay in Scotland!

We had a great stay in Musselburgh. The location is beside the bus stops so easy access to Edinburgh on the 26 or 44 bus. Clean, quiet, well stocked and lovely little house. Great host, great communication and we would stay again.

It was great staying here. The fresh flowers and the basket of goodies were a great welcome. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

The house was exactly as described but the interior finishes exceeded our expectations. The rear east facing garden area was an added bonus. The only point to beware of is that parking in the street is hard to get, however parking is available a few streets away.
