Holiday rentals near Village Green Park

This property is ideally located, just 15 minutes walk to Red line station then straight into centre of Washington DC. We hardly used our hire car in the 11days stay that we had relied on public transport. For meals we had breakfast in house and ate out all other meals, restaurant area of Bethesda nearest about ten minutes walk farthest that we used about 15 minutes walk. Great selection of restaurants with many different types. We met the owner while she was doing some gardening and Erika was fantastic. The property is surrounded by gardens, we arrived to find wild rabbit on grass next to path too front door, there are all sorts of beautiful garden birds around plus black and grey squirrels. Erika mover a bird feeder from rear of property to in front of house directly in front of dinning table. My wife and I spent many happy hours watching the birds and squirrels feeding. She even topped up the feeder every day. If you are looking for some where to stay near Washington DC to see the sites I highly recommend this property. Rod Brown
