Overall the property was well presented, clean with some quirky decor. Had a full kitchen and access to laundry facilities.Was private and seperate from.the hosts. And was a basement flat
We are an older couple and found a couple of things not quite to our liking .
1) The door to the unit separated the bathoom from the rest of the living area, and had a step into the loungeroom and a step down to the bathroom , for us this was a bit if a trip hazard , especially at night , We left the one set of lights on dim in the loungeroom in order to see our way to the bathroom at night.so we wouldn't trip.
2) Being in the basement we were subjected to foot traffic noise from upstairs , creaking floor boards. This was to be disruptive to our peace and quiet certainly as we were due to go to bed..
Otherwise we found the unit comfortable and homely .
Place was easy to find and close to everything.
